Step 1: Check if the device is definitively faulty

Step 2: Fill out the RMA form below and return the faulty device
> Complete the RMA form making sure to include all relevant information and details
> Use the button to submit your completed form
> After submission, you will be able to download a pdf version of your completed form
> Print the completed form to include in your shipment
> Please send the faulty device in its original packaging to the VIPA USA team (see return address below)
