PROFIBUS DP-REPEATERS

VIPA offers a wide range of PROFIBUS network components.

The range includes one, two and 5-channel PROFIBUS repeaters which are transparent for all PROFIBUS DP protocols but are also suitable for PROFIsafe and MPI.

All repeaters have automatic recognition of the transmission rates of 9.6 Kbps - 12 Mbps.

These repeaters allow to create reliable star/tree networks and long multi-device spur lines.

They are deployed in many applications worldwide and comply with the requirements of the end user.

Features included are network redundancy to even create a more reliable network, EMC and noise interference reduction, keeping of high-speed data transfer, hot-swapable, etc.; all to achieve tremendous cost savings, much longer up times, simple network extensions, in a compact and robust chassis.
